1. 収集する情報

本アプリの開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・写真など、利用者が入力する 個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。端末のGPS等の位置情報へ アクセスする権限も要求しません。ただし、下記のFirebase SDKが技術情報を自動収集します。

アプリの動作のために次の通信を行い、その際に下記のデータが送信されます。

• Firebase Remote Config（Google LLC）
  アプリの設定値（サポート対象の最低バージョン、レビュー依頼を出すかどうか）を 受け取ります。この際、Firebase がアプリのインストールごとに発行し、 利用者や物理端末を一意に識別しない識別子（Firebase インストールID）が 送信されます。また、Firebase Remote Config SDKは、 国コード、言語コード、タイムゾーン、プラットフォーム/OSバージョン、 Firebase App ID、パッケージ名/Bundle ID、Remote Config SDKバージョンを 自動収集します。Androidでは、Firebaseのユーザーエージェントに端末メーカー・ モデル・ブランド・形態、アプリのインストーラー、同梱Firebase SDKの名前と バージョンも含まれます。国コードは設定値の対象判定に用いられる技術情報であり、 本アプリがGPS、住所、正確な現在地へアクセスするものではありません。 この識別子は広告や追跡には利用せず、利用者個人を特定する目的でも使用しません。 あわせて、SDK自身の動作記録を診断データとして送信します。OS/SDKバージョンは 利用傾向の集計およびFirebaseサービスの維持・改善にも使われます。 いずれも利用者個人には紐づけず、トラッキングには使用しません。
• アプリ内レビュー依頼
  OS（App Store / Google Play）の機能を呼び出すだけで、当方へは何も送信されません。

ゲームの進行データ（成績・図鑑・設定）は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されません。 通信ができない環境でも、ゲームは最後まで遊べます。

• アカウント登録はありません。
• 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの入力を求めません。
• GPS等の端末位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイクにはアクセスしません。
• 広告ID（IDFA / AAID）は取得も利用もしません。
  （上記の Firebase インストールIDは、広告IDや物理端末単位のIDとは別のものです。）
• Firebase Analytics（ユーザー行動を収集する解析製品）、クラッシュレポート送信、
  広告SDKは組み込んでいません。ただし、Firebase Remote Config / Installations SDKが 送信する技術的な診断情報は、ストア申告上の利用目的では「分析（Analytics）」として 申告します。この「分析」は、Firebase Analytics製品を組み込んでいるという意味ではありません。

2. 端末内に保存されるデータ

ゲームの進行を保存するため、以下を利用者の端末内のみに保存します。 外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。

• ゲーム進行状況（担当した案件、選択内容、途中経過）
• 成績（コンサル報酬の記録、プレイ回数、実績・図鑑の解放状況）
• 所持カード（デッキ）およびプレイヤープロフィール（レベル・能力）
• 設定（チュートリアル既読、音量など）
• 不具合調査用の動作ログ（画面遷移や例外の記録。個人情報は含まず、端末外へ送信しません）

これらは端末のアプリ用ローカル領域（shared_preferences）に保存され、 アプリを削除すると消去されます。

3. ネットワーク通信

ゲームを遊ぶこと自体に通信は必要ありません（オフラインのまま最後まで遊べます）。 通信するのは「1. 収集する情報」に書いた Firebase Remote Config の設定値取得と、 そのために必要な Firebase Installations との通信だけで、 これに失敗しても、あらかじめアプリに持っている既定値でそのまま遊べます。 フォント・画像・効果音はすべてアプリに同梱しています。 Firebaseとの通信および公開プライバシーポリシーへの接続にはHTTPS/TLSを使用し、 通信中のデータを暗号化します。

4. 第三者への提供

「1. 収集する情報」のとおり、Firebase Remote Config の利用にともない、 FirebaseインストールID、国コード、言語コード、タイムゾーン、端末/OS/アプリ/SDK情報、 診断データが Google LLC（Firebase）へ送信されます。 これ以外に本アプリから第三者へ送信する情報はありません。 利用者の情報を第三者へ販売することはありません。

当方は第三者SDKの選定・更新・申告内容を確認し、Google LLCに対しても同社の プライバシー・セキュリティ条件に基づき、本ポリシーと同等以上の保護を提供する サービスとしてのみ処理を委託します。

Firebase インストールIDはGoogleのFirebaseサービス上で管理されます。 アプリを削除すると端末内のゲーム進行データは消えますが、Firebase側の識別子が その時点で即時に削除されることを当方が保証するものではありません。 Googleは、非アクティブなFirebaseインストールを一定期間後に削除し、明示的な 削除処理を行った場合もライブシステムおよびバックアップからの削除完了まで 最大180日かかる場合があると説明しています。保持と削除の詳細は Firebaseの「Manage Firebase installations」およびGoogleのプライバシー情報を参照してください。

利用者はタイトル画面の 「プライバシー」→「通信識別子を削除」 から、現在の Firebase Installation IDと紐づくデータの削除処理を開始できます。Googleの説明では、 ライブシステムおよびバックアップからの削除完了まで最大180日かかる場合があります。 削除後に本アプリが再びRemote Configへ接続すると、新しい無関係なIDが作成される場合が あります。通信を希望しない場合はオフラインで利用できます。削除、同意撤回、その他の プライバシー依頼は、9章のメールアドレスへ件名「データ削除依頼」でご連絡ください。

5. 広告・課金

本アプリは完全無料で、実際の広告配信・アプリ内課金はありません。 ゲーム中に登場する「広告」「プレミアム契約」等の表現は、 すべてゲーム内の演出（フィクション）です。実際の課金や広告視聴は発生しません。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を収集しないため、 子どもから個人情報を収集することもありません。 「1. 収集する情報」のインストール識別子も、個人（子どもを含む）を特定する目的では使用しません。

7. 免責（コンテンツについて）

本アプリはフィクションのゲームです。 作中に登場する企業・人物・データはすべて架空であり、実在のものとは関係ありません。 また、ゲーム内で扱う分析手法は「やってはいけない例」として意図的に誤った内容を含みます。 現実の業務判断に利用しないでください。

1. Information We Collect

The developer does not collect personal information that you enter, such as your name, email address, contacts, or photos, and there is no account registration. The app does not request access to GPS or other device location permissions. The Firebase SDK does automatically collect the technical data listed below.

The app communicates for the purposes below, and the listed data is sent:

• Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)
  The app receives configuration values (the minimum supported version, and whether to show the in-app review prompt). This sends an identifier issued for each app installation by Firebase (the Firebase Installation ID). This ID does not uniquely identify a person or physical device. Firebase Remote Config also automatically collects country code, language code, time zone, platform/OS version, Firebase App ID, package name/bundle ID, and the Remote Config SDK version. On Android, the Firebase user agent also includes the device manufacturer, model, brand, form factor, app installer, and the names and versions of bundled Firebase SDKs. Country code is technical information used to target configuration values; the app does not access GPS, a street address, or your precise current location. This identifier is never used for advertising or tracking, and is not used to identify you personally. The SDK also sends diagnostic data about its own operation. Aggregated OS and SDK version data may be used to understand usage trends and maintain and improve Firebase services. This data is not linked to you and is not used for tracking.
• In-app review prompt
  This only calls an OS feature (App Store / Google Play). Nothing is sent to us.

Your game progress (scores, collection, settings) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted. The game is fully playable offline.

• No account registration.
• We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
• We do not access GPS/device location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
• We neither read nor use advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID).
  (The Firebase Installation ID above is an installation-level identifier, not IDFA / AAID or another device-level ID.)
• The Firebase Analytics product (which collects user interaction events), crash
  reporting upload, and advertising SDKs are not included. Technical diagnostics sent by the Firebase Remote Config / Installations SDKs are nevertheless declared under the store-purpose label “Analytics.” This label does not mean that the Firebase Analytics product is integrated.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

To save your game progress, the following is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server:

• Game progress (current case, choices, in-progress state)
• Records (consulting fee history, play count, achievements and collection)
• Owned cards (deck) and player profile (level, stats)
• Settings (tutorial seen, volume)
• Diagnostic logs for troubleshooting (screen transitions and exceptions;
  contain no personal information and never leave the device)

This data is kept in the app's local storage (shared_preferences) and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

3. Network Access

Playing the game itself needs no network access; you can finish it offline. The only communication is the Firebase Remote Config fetch and the Firebase Installations communication it requires, as described in section 1. If this communication fails, the app falls back to the defaults it ships with and plays exactly the same. Fonts, images, and sound effects are bundled with the app. Connections to Firebase and to the published privacy policy use HTTPS/TLS, so data is encrypted in transit.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

As described in section 1, using Firebase Remote Config sends the Firebase Installation ID, country code, language code, time zone, device/OS/app/SDK information, and diagnostic data to Google LLC (Firebase). The app sends no other information to a third party, and we never sell your information.

We review the third-party SDK, its updates, and its disclosures, and engage Google LLC to process this data only under its privacy and security terms as a service that provides protection equivalent to or stronger than this policy.

The Firebase Installation ID is managed by Google's Firebase service. Deleting the app removes the game data stored on your device, but we cannot guarantee that the identifier held by Firebase is deleted immediately at that moment. Google states that inactive Firebase installations are removed after its retention period and that, even after an explicit deletion request is processed, removal from live systems and backups may take up to 180 days. See Google's "Manage Firebase installations" and privacy documentation for current retention details.

You can start deletion of the current Firebase Installation ID and associated data from Title screen → Privacy → Delete communication identifier. Google states that deletion from live systems and backups may take up to 180 days. If the app later connects to Remote Config again, a new, unrelated ID may be created. You may use the game offline if you do not want this communication. For deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy requests, email the address in section 9 with the subject “Data deletion request.”

5. Ads and Purchases

The app is completely free. There is no real advertising and no in-app purchase. Any "advertisement" or "premium contract" shown in the game is fictional in-game content only.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the app collects no personal information such as names or contact details, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The installation identifier described in section 1 is never used to identify any individual or physical device, including a child.

7. Content Disclaimer

This app is a work of fiction. All companies, characters, and data appearing in the game are fictional. The analysis techniques shown are intentionally incorrect examples of what *not* to do, and must not be used for real-world decisions.
