本規約は、開発者(Keito Tanemura)が提供する「払う人ルーレットで決めるけど結局払う額あんま変わらんアプリ」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 本アプリの性質: 本アプリは、支払う人を選ぶための娯楽アプリです。賭博・くじ・懸賞ではなく、アプリ内で金銭や景品のやり取りは一切行われません。実際の支払いは利用者どうしの合意によって行ってください。
2. 抽選について: 抽選結果は完全な等確率ではなく、これまでの支払い状況に応じて重み付けされます。長期的に負担が均等になることを保証するものではありません。
3. 免責: 本アプリの利用によって生じた金銭上の負担・利用者間のトラブル・その他の損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
4. データ: 本アプリのデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の紛失・アプリの削除等によるデータの消失について、開発者は復元の手段を提供しません。
5. 広告: 本アプリは広告を表示することがあります。広告の内容について開発者は責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更: 本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

1. Nature of the App: The App is an entertainment tool that picks who pays. It is not gambling, a lottery or a sweepstake; no money or prize is exchanged inside the App. Any actual payment is a matter between the users.
2. About the draw: The draw is not uniformly random; it is weighted by how much each member has paid so far. Even long-term equality of payments is not guaranteed.
3. Disclaimer: The developer is not liable for any payment, dispute between users, or other damage arising from use of the App.
4. Data: All data is stored on your device only. The developer cannot restore data lost through device loss or app deletion.
5. Advertising: The App may display ads. The developer is not responsible for their content.
6. Changes: These terms may be updated; the updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
