「払う人ルーレットで決めるけど結局払う額あんま変わらんアプリ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(Keito Tanemura)が提供するアプリです。
収集する情報: 本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集・送信しません。登録したメンバーの名前、グループ、各メンバーの支払い記録、音量の設定は、すべてお使いの端末内に保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。開発者はこれらの内容を見ることができません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
アカウント: 本アプリの利用にアカウント登録やサインインは必要ありません。
端末のモーションセンサー: 演出中に「ゆらせ！」と表示された場合、端末が振られたことを検出するために加速度センサーを使用します。この値は検出のためだけに使い、保存も送信もしません。
バックアップ: お使いの端末の OS のバックアップ機能が有効な場合、上記のデータが OS の仕組みによってお客様ご自身のクラウドアカウント(iOS: iCloud バックアップ / Android: Google アカウントのバックアップ)に保存されることがあります。保存先はお客様のアカウントであり、開発者はその内容にアクセスできません。
アクセス解析: 本アプリは Google アナリティクス for Firebase（Firebase Analytics / Google LLC）を使用して、どれくらい使われているかを統計的に把握しています。収集されるのは、アプリの起動・画面の表示・ルーレットを回したなどの操作イベント、端末の機種・OS バージョン・言語・おおよその地域（IP アドレスから推定）、および Firebase がアプリのインストールごとに発行する識別子です。メンバーの名前・入力した金額・裏帳簿の内容は送信していません（ルーレットを回した記録も、金額そのものではなく「3,000円未満」などの区分と人数だけです）。この情報は改善のための統計としてのみ使用し、個人を特定する目的では使用しません。取り扱いは Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ および Google プライバシーポリシー にも従います。
広告: 本アプリは Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google LLC) による広告を表示することがあります。Google の公表によると、この SDK は広告の配信のために以下の情報を自動的に収集し、広告・分析・不正行為の防止の目的で Google および広告配信に関わる第三者と共有します。
これらのデータは転送時に暗号化(TLS)されます。取り扱いの詳細は Google プライバシーポリシー および AdMob のデータ利用について をご覧ください。
広告 ID のリセット・削除: 端末の設定から、広告 ID のリセット・削除やパーソナライズド広告の制限がいつでも行えます(iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング / Android: 設定 > プライバシー > 広告)。
アプリ内課金: 本アプリにアプリ内課金はありません。
お子様のプライバシー: 本アプリは意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集することはありません。

This app (the "App") is provided by the developer (Keito Tanemura).
Information we collect: The App itself does not collect or transmit personal information such as your name or email address. Member names, groups, each member's payment history and the sound setting are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer's servers. Deleting the App deletes this data.
Accounts: No account or sign-in is required.
Motion sensor: When the App asks you to shake the device during an animation, it reads the accelerometer solely to detect the shake. The values are neither stored nor transmitted.
Backup: If your device's OS backup is enabled, the data above may also be stored in your own cloud account (iCloud on iOS, Google account backup on Android). The developer cannot access those backups.
Analytics: The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics, Google LLC) to understand how much the App is used. It collects interaction events (app opens, screen views, spinning the roulette), device model, OS version, language, approximate region derived from the IP address, and an app-instance identifier issued by Firebase. Member names, the amounts you enter and the hidden ledger are never transmitted — a spin is recorded only as a band such as "under 3,000 yen" together with the number of members. Advertising: The App may display ads via Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google LLC). According to Google, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following with Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention: IP address (approximate location), in-app interactions with ads, diagnostics, and device identifiers (Advertising ID on Android / IDFA on iOS, App Set ID). The App does not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, so the IDFA is not used. See the Google Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data.
In-app purchases: The App has none.
Children's privacy: The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
